Requirements for Employed Applicants
Please ensure all documents are clear and updated
- 2 Valid IDs (Borrower & Spouse, if applicable)
- Company ID and Certificate of Employment with Compensation (COEC)
- HR or Supervisor’s Corporate Email Address
- Latest 3 months of Payslips
- Latest 3 months of Bank Statements
- Screenshots from Online Banking are accepted if they show the Account Name and Number
- Meralco Bill (Back-to-back photo)
Requirements for Business Owners
For self-employed individuals and entrepreneurs
- 2 Valid IDs (Borrower & Spouse, if applicable)
- Business Permit (DTI, Mayor’s Permit, COR, or DTR)
- Any proof of business (e.g., Receipts or Contracts from Suppliers)
- Latest 3 months of Updated Bank Statements
- Screenshots from Online Banking are accepted if they show the Account Name and Number
- Meralco Bill (Back-to-back photo)
